Staff recruitment

Suirinkai is looking for staff members to help us spread Iai-do and traditional Japanese culture.

We are engaged in activities to convey the splendor of Japanese culture to our local community and on the international stage through Iai-do. We are looking for a diverse range of individuals, including experienced Iai-do practitioners, those interested in Iai-do, fans of Japanese culture and samurai culture, and those who are confident in their English communication skills.

We are primarily active in a practice space located in Chuo City, Tokyo (near Tsukishima). We encourage applications from those who live nearby and have convenient access to our location.

Open Positions

Experienced Iaido practitioner
- Assist in operating trial lessons and samurai spirit experience programs
- Support for demonstrations and instruction

Event Secretariat Staff
- Responding to inquiries from both domestic and international sources (email, social media, etc.)
- Event planning and operational support
- Document creation and various administrative tasks

③ Public Relations/Operations Staff
- Rehearsal space booking and schedule coordination
- SNS management (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Website content updates and management

Wanted people

- Those with Iaido experience or those interested in Iaido
- For those interested in Japanese culture and Bushido
- English speakers (those who can handle tourists are especially welcome)
- Those who live in Tokyo and can commute to the practice space near Tsukishima in Chuo Ward without difficulty.
