Samurai Spirit Experience Program
The Ikirinkai trial program allows you to learn how to handle a Japanese sword, etiquette, and basic forms. Even those with no prior experience in Iaido can participate with peace of mind, as experienced instructors will provide careful guidance. Why not experience the comfort of concentration and mental tranquility through the sword, and touch upon the profound depths of Samurai culture? This popular trial program offers a special memory for both Japanese people and visitors from abroad.
Special Experience Program
Ikkiikai regularly holds special events where you can fully experience the charm of Japanese martial arts, such as samurai sword combat experiences. We invite experienced instructors to offer programs that are safe and enjoyable for beginners. Educational Activities/Events
Irin Kai is a social education organization certified by Chuo City, Tokyo. Centered on Iai-do, we actively provide Bushido education to the local community and the children who will be the next generation. We offer numerous hands-on educational programs, especially in educational institutions such as elementary and junior high schools, to convey the richness and depth of Japanese culture, including etiquette, concentration, and mental discipline.
Additionally, through collaborations with various local cultural organizations, we provide opportunities to showcase a diverse range of performances such as Iai-do, Tateshibai (sword fighting performances), and Battoujutsu (sword drawing techniques). We are also available for performance invitations to Japanese cultural events and international exchange events, and can develop and provide customized original performance programs upon request.
